A brightening skin treatment with lightening properties to care for pigmented and sun damaged skin conditions.

Hyperpigmentation or uneven skin tones are generally due to an excess in melanin caused by sun damage, hormonal imbalance, the ageing process or skin trauma. Lightening Brightening Crème combines several ingredients shown to lighten the skin, fade dark patches and prevent further spread of discolouration while also reducing the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles and improving overall skin health. Lemon Peel Extract, high in antioxidants and Vitamin C, has been shown to balance skin tone and is an effective, natural alternative to hydroquinone for inhibiting tyrosinase production. L-Arbutin is also an effective skin brightener to lighten dark spots, even out your skin complexion, prevent the formation of melanin and reduce the appearance of scars.

Lightening Brightening Crème is an effective skin brightening treatment to achieve an even skin complexion.

Directions

Can be used morning and night.

Salicylic Acid

Works on deeper layers of the epidermis and helps slow down shedding of the cells inside the follicles thereby preventing clogging. It also travels into the follicle and helps break down blackheads and whiteheads. Salicylic acid is usually used in conjunction with Glycolic or Lactic Acid for the acid to penetrate deeper into the follicle and for full removal of sebum and the horny layer.

Lactic Acid

Derived from sour milk or bilberries, Lactic acid is a larger molecule than glycolic. Deeper penetration has been achieved with less erythema and dehydration. Offering mild resurfacing results, Lactic acid is usually the preferred choice of preparation peel for microdermabrasion or a stronger peel

Niacinamide

Inhibits the transfer of melanin from melanocytes to keratinocytes.
